CTX, a mortgage processing company with offices
nation-wide, was implementing new loan processing software. They wanted web-based training to reduce the class time needed and provide follow-up support. Based on a recommendation from another InterCom client, they talked to us and liked what they saw.

This course simulates the processing software's Windows Explorer style menu structure and the processing screens to provide lots of practice and feedback so the users become comfortable with the new interface. The course used real-life scenarios to present the new process and software features. InterCom used the actual system to create the simulation and worked with CTX SMEs to develop the scenarios.

The course was delivered to the client and deployed through their LMS.
