iBahn product was technically complex, but had to be sold and supported by its customers.
The training needed to make the product understandable and provide enough detail so the
customers could sell it. The product is a private, integrated managed network with patented
end-to-end architecture used in hotels and meetings.
InterCom worked with iBahn SMEs to define the course
objectives and content then created the lessons. Initially, the lessons were delivered
from an InterCom LMS branded for iBahn. The lesson were
transferred to the iBahn LMS once it was operational.
