Master Connection Associates has provided instructor based sales training to hospitality industry
sales people for 20 years. Five years ago, they realized that they could reach a much larger audience
with web-based training. InterCom became their technology partner converting their popular and energetic
workshops into engaging and effective web-based training.
The courses cover the sales process and all of the sales skills including sales team management.
We converted the group-based workshop activities into individualized, on-line activities which practice
the same skills.
The courses are presented through the InterCom LMS branded for MCA. MCA customers are segregated into
accounts with separate reports for the customer's training management. Each account is branded for the
specific customer. The customer can choose to be billed once a month or have their employees enter a
credit card to take the course.
