They turned to InterCom to help them achieve their objectives. The result was Pathfinder.

Pathfinder allows Shell Chemical employees to discover future job opportunities within Shell. Each job opportunity is coded for the kinds of skills and competencies needed to do the job. Employees can rate themselves and have others rate them on skills and competencies to recognize areas for improvement.

Each skill and competency is matched with appropriate training materials so that employees can get to the level they need to get the job they want.
