InterCom created workshop materials so that best practices could be taught at oil products terminals in all areas of the world.

InterCom gathered existing material, including technical manuals and training handouts. We also visited several U.S. terminals to talk to experts on the skills.

The modules developed include:

• Rigging and Slinging
• Tank Cleaning
• Pressure Testing
• Forklifts
• Product Handling

We created a presentation, Participant Guide and Facilitator Guide for each course. The materials were developed so they could be used for classes at different skills levels - awareness, knowledge, or skill.

Discussion and review questions were included to verify understanding of the subject at the desired competency level
