Shell Retail needed to reach out to employees at 20,000 Shell branded service stations with training
on the required station image. The lesson had to be very visual. InterCom created a lesson that could
be delivered on CD-ROM, as the stations had limited bandwidth.
The lesson included an exercise where the student graded a station on proper image, and another where
they determined how to fix problems using the Standards Guide and Procedures.
InterCom provided fulfillment services to produce and ship the CDs and
an associated package of documents with a clipboard.
