Equilon Wholesale Administration needed an electronic tracking system to facilitate the logging of documents from field personnel. The existing system logged handwritten or printed documents received by regular mail. This process was error prone and important information was often missing, causing unnecessary delays.

Equilon and InterCom teamed up to design, develop and implement a solution that brings communication between the field and central office into the 21st century.

InterCom designed a browser-based application that incorporates database and intranet technologies to create the right blend of data entry capabilities in the field with data administration functions in the central office.
