Using WIS, a trainer assigns the sales employees to a class. WIS sends a welcome message and link to the class participant. The link takes the participant to a page where they can download pre-work, take a pretest and fill in a self-assessment. After the class, another message is sent to direct the participants to complete an action plan where they apply the knowledge they learned. 90 days later, they are prompted to enter the results of the action plan.

After the class, the participant's manager is sent a message and link to an assessment form. The manager completes the assessment every 90 days for a year. The assessment is used to discuss performance improvements with the participant.

Lubricants' management can see reports by class or country about the assessments and action plans.
